loud noiseineffective soundproofing
My stay wasn't terrible, but some things could be better. the room i had faced a noisy street (and the soundproofing was not effective). i could clearly hear traffic. also, the minibar made a really loud noise all night. I had to unplug it to sleep. it's a shame, because the staff in the breakfast area tried hard.

I felt welcome from the start because the front office team greeted me warmly, and check-in was quick! the bellboy service impressed me. They were punctual and careful with my luggage. the staff also provided excellent recommendations for exploring local attractions!
the road outside got a little noisy at times though the soundproofing tried its best.

the super clean room impressed me. complimentary bottled water arrived every day! the room was also so clean and well kept which i thoroughly appreciated, it. the bed felt comfortable too.

The staff were very friendly! mr abdullah gave us super service and made check-in smooth. i thank okan, eren, and erkan because they were very respectful and helpful too. Everyone here is amazing.

The hotel sits near osmanbey metro station! it also sits close to two bus stations. This made getting around really easy. plus, the location to cevahir mall makes it super easy to find what i needed!

The staff assisted with directions and arranged taxis. The rooms were quiet, so I couldn't hear any neighboring sounds. The room included good internet suitable for working online and a strong shower.
I noticed the breakfast could have had more variety.

Decent stay with minor issues

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel location is perfect and very close to markets plus a metro station. I am glad I chose this hotel.
No one said sorry for what happened until the next day when I asked about it. It made me upset.
